ABOUT THE EVENT
Oklahoma Research Day (ORD) is an annual state-wide research conference showcasing undergraduate and graduate student research, creative, and scholarly projects in the form of poster presentations. Now in its 23rd year, the event is recognized as one of the premier events of its kind in the nation. This one-day event includes:
- Keynote speaker
- Remarks from the Chancellor, Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education
- Poster Presentations
- Career Fair
- Sponsor/Graduate School Tables
- Lunch and Networking Opportunities
- Special Interest Sessions
- Internships, Research Funding, Job Interview Skills, etc.
The mission of Oklahoma Research Day is to promote cross-campus and cross-disciplinary research and scholarly work among all institutions of higher learning in the state. In doing so, the event seeks to encourage networking among scholars and the exchange of ideas among those studying and researching in their respective academic discipline.
