CADRE Fellows Program for Early Career STEM Education Scholars in EPSCoR Jurisdictions and Rural Areas

CADRE Fellows Program for Early Career STEM Education Scholars in EPSCoR Jurisdictions and Rural Areas

CADRE, a capacity-building network for the DRK-12 program at NSF, invites applications for the 15th cohort of the CADRE Fellows Program. This program offers professional development opportunities for early-career researchers in preK-12 STEM education.

To support the National Science Foundation in its charge to expand opportunities for individuals across career stages in EPSCoR jurisdictions and rural areas, while also building on more than a decade of CADRE’s impactful programming, this year we’re tailoring the CADRE Fellows program to the needs and interests of early career scholars (doctoral students, post-docs, and early career researchers/scholars at a similar career stage at a non-academic organization, school system, etc.) from institutions in EPSCoR jurisdictions and rural areas.

Fellows will have the opportunity to network nationally and explore career paths in and beyond academia. The program provides valuable insights into colleagues' work and research, and guidance on securing funding and making a broader impact. You can read testimonials from alumni to see how the program has supported their career growth.

We would appreciate your help in spreading the word about this opportunity throughout your EPSCoR network. If you know an early-career scholar who might benefit from this program, please share this email (and flyer) with them. The full application information was sent to DRK-12 awardees. Note: applicants do not have to be associated with a current DRK-12 grant.

If you have any questions, please contact  Catherine McCulloch, PI of CADRE at 617-618-2413.
