The 2016 Women in Science Conference will be held on Tuesday, October 11, 2016, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Mabee Center, which is located at 7777 S. Lewis Ave., Tulsa, Oklahoma. (Vendors are expected to arrive before the conference start time in order to set up prior to schools' arrivals. Details will be provided to registered vendors.)  

The registration form below is to be used by vendor booth personnel, session personnel, panelists, as well as volunteers who have been invited to participate in the conference in support of one of our sponsoring agencies (NASA, OK-LSAMP, etc.). Registration is free but required.

Please note that completing this registration form does not secure a hands-on science or recruitment booth; separate registration is required for that purpose.  Visit the conference homepage for more information if you wish to host a booth (there is no cost, but booth registration is required).
