Sam Stormer served as the logistical and social science lead on the chapter “Enhancing Water Availability for Agricultural and Oilfield Applications” of the S³OK Framework. His work included meeting design and facilitation, M-SISNet question development and analysis, stakeholder outreach, chapter preparation and a wide range of supporting logistical efforts.
